They can be offline and online Exchangers. Any member can become an Agent/Exchanger. Visit any InksNation office nearest to you for details.
CAN I USE PINKOIN TO TRANSACT OTHER BUSINESSES?
Yes. If the service provider accepts PinKoin in exchange for goods and services. PinKoin is a user-to-user (P2P) currency without transaction fees.
